Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. To start a return, submit a request through our Support Center. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

We cover return shipping on eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label or arrange a freight pickup, depending on the size of your order. Please use only the label or pickup we provide. We can’t reimburse return shipping you arrange yourself.

Free return shipping is only available on orders shipped within the United States. It does not apply to:

• International orders
• Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska
• Products purchased through third-party distributors

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right. Claims for damage that happened during shipping must be filed directly with the carrier.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• International orders

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
