At APEX Fitness, we stand behind every product we make. Our warranty is structured by product type, so you know exactly what’s covered and for how long. If something we built fails due to a defect, we’ll make it right.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only, is non-transferable, and requires proof of purchase. “Lifetime” coverage lasts for as long as you own the product.

We warrant the welded and structural steel frame of our equipment to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a covered frame fails under normal use, we’ll repair or replace the affected structural component. This applies to the structural steel frames of our benches, machines, attachments, bars, and boards.
Mechanical components that operate under load are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This includes:
- Bearings, bushings, and pulleys
- Cables and pulley systems
- Pop-pins, adjustment pins, hinges, and locking mechanisms
- Gas struts and adjustment hardware
- Wheels, rollers, and casters
If a covered mechanical part fails due to a defect within one year, we’ll send a replacement part.
Parts that naturally wear with use are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This includes:
- Padding, foam, upholstery, and seat/back pads
- Grips, handles, and foam rollers
- Straps and belts
- Resistance bands, floss bands, and similar band accessories
If any of these fail due to a defect within the first year, we’ll send a replacement. Shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility.
Weight plates, bumper plates, and clamps are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Cosmetic wear, including scratches, scuffs, chipped paint, and normal surface marks from use, is not covered.
This Limited Warranty shall not extend to any APEX Fitness product that has been subjected to the following:
- Accident, damage, negligence, abuse, or misuse, including dropping loaded bars, plates, or attachments onto the frame, pins, pads, or floor; or dropping bumper/weight plates on concrete or other hard surfaces.
- Improper assembly, installation, and/or maintenance, including failure to properly tighten or maintain bolts, pop-pins, pulleys, cables, and adjustment hardware.
- Abnormal operating conditions, including use of home-rated products in commercial or institutional settings, or exceeding the stated weight, load, or user limits of any product.
- Alteration or modification, including the use of non-approved parts, attachments, or replacement components not supplied by APEX Fitness.
- A purpose or application in any way different from that for which it was designed, for example, using any product in a manner not described in its instructions.
- General wear from normal use, which is to be expected and does not give rise to any warranty claim, including the natural wearing of padding and upholstery, grips and handles, straps and belts, and bands.
In addition, this warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic marks, scratches, scuffs, chipped paint, or surface rust from exposure
- Damage from improper storage, outdoor use, moisture, or harsh environments
- Products purchased secondhand or from unauthorized resellers
- Damage occurring during return shipping that was not properly packaged
- Free or bonus items included with a purchase, including complimentary digital training programs
- Gift cards and promotional or “mystery” items
This Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty for APEX Fitness products and is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, APEX Fitness disclaims all implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any implied warranties that cannot be disclaimed are limited to the duration of the applicable warranty period stated above.
The repair or replacement of a product or part, as described in this warranty, is the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, APEX Fitness shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost time, injury to persons or property, or other costs, arising from the use of, or inability to use, any product, or from any breach of this warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
APEX Fitness does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with its products.
Please note that shipping and handling on warranty replacement parts and products is the responsibility of the customer.
APEX warranty coverage starts June 1, 2026.

Our team will verify the claim and ship your replacement part or product. Shipping and handling on warranty replacements is the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or substitute a comparable component at our discretion. Replacement parts are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
APEX Fitness reserves the right to update this warranty policy. The warranty in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
