More Info

We designed the Tib Bar Pro to have a strong steel construction that is incredibly durable and ideal for commercial use! It is perfect for Knees Over Toes Training, Home & Commercial Gyms, Sports teams, Cross Fit, group training, athletes, or anyone looking for a heavy-duty Tib Bar!

Our Tib Bar Pro offers a great and fast option for those looking to start using a Tib Bar and doing Tib Raises. The Tib Bar and Tib Raises will help develop a strong Tibialis Anterior muscle. This is the first line of defense against knee injuries.

The Tibialis Anterior is the muscle that runs next to the shin bone, down the front of the leg from the knee to the ankle. When the Tibialis Anterior muscle is weak, the undue force being generated through walking, running, or jumping makes its way to the knee, causing knee pain and shin splints.

Strengthening the Tibialis Anterior with a Tibialis trainer like The Tib Bar Pro has been linked to a decrease in shin splints and knee pain. Using the Tib Bar also helps to strengthen the muscles, tendons, and ligaments surrounding the ankle while simultaneously stretching and increasing the ankle's range of motion.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

I love this tib bar. The welds are a little ugly but they are sturdy. I have size 10 feet, no problem with fit or comfort. It will hold all the weight I will ever need and my Rogue and Cap plates fit perfectly. Don't hesitate to buy this bar, good quality, good price, fast shipping, you can't beat it!

Customer video review of The Tib Bar Pro

Does what it says it’s going to do. Great idea. My home gym room is right at the top of my stairs so I can do this off the top step and I don’t need a bench for it. Everyone who wants to maintain full mobility as they age needs this.

Customer video review of The Tib Bar Pro

Have found great use of this equipment and even purchased for a friend as well. Great addition for a normal routine or just sitting on the couch.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

Lots of ways to use this. Good price good product.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

I love this! Tibs are the first line of defense for knee injuries. As a trainer and athlete this is vital. I recommend y’all go buy.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

I have the original Tib Bar and oh man is this an upgrade! This is the kind of product you would expect to find in a high end gym. It is extremely well made, holds the weight perfectly and is super comfortable to use. The collar fits snug on the bar and never lets the weight clank. I am a huge fan of the Tib work in ATG/KOT training and this really does the job. Excellent service and delivery, east to assemble and up and running in seconds. If you are doing Tib raises, which you should be, then this is a must have!

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

Excellent experience!! Initially there was a hiccup, but the error was promptly corrected. The equipment is Grade A. The customer service is even better.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

I first bought a tib bar from another company. It could not support more than 20 lbs without the plates slipping down its sleeve, so I wanted a better bar. I looked up several reviews online about available tib bars, and the reviewers consistently wrote positively about the Tib Bar Guy's tib bar. As such, I bought a tib bar from the Tib Bar Guy. The new tib bar has so far managed to support more weight than the previous one without letting it slide, so I'm happy with my purchase.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

Solid piece of equipment. Able to get a burn on the tibialis.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

The Tib Bar Guy's Tib Bar is very high quality. I noticed that the clip for the weights was extra sturdy to support those beyond average weights ;) Excellent product that is made in the U.S. and is very reasonably priced. I would definitely buy again for myself, or the clients I train.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

Upgraded from the PVC version - much more durable and comfy!

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

An invention of and from the workout gods! In my late 30s, this is a game changer for me and has been extremely beneficial towards strengthening and targeting areas that I’ve neglected for YEARS. This is coming from a person who workouts regularly and so glad that I was able to stumble across this sturdy, durable, reliable device. My “only” gripe is that I wish it could accommodate all weights variations rather than some but other than that, I’m a happy tib bar guy! 🙌🏾

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

My first piece of Tib Bar Guy equipment I ever used and immediately became a staple in every workout for me! Help reduce knee pain and ankle strength in order to play sports a high level! Couldn't recommend enough!

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

It's solid and comfortable. My only complaints are the collar is not as secure as it could be, although maybe this has been improved since I bought mine months ago, and if it had a way to switch between standard and olympic weight plates, that would be great.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

Works great I’m very satisfied with the product.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

Have had it for a year and still holds up. Will b looking at the pro when this breaks down!

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

Love this Tib Bar! I had another product that didn’t even last a year. Now I have the pro and almost a year still in top condition using 3+ days a week. I can see this product lasting longer than me.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

Easy to use and great quality!

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

I just brought this recently and was able to finally use it this week. I really like how this is more than stable than using a kettlebell and that I am able to get do a full range tibialis anterior raise with this. This is less awkward to use than the tib raise machine at my current gym.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

I was satisfied by the STB, I ended up getting the Tib Bar Pro. It is a great introduction to working the Tibs. My wife fully enjoyed it and noticed a big difference after using the product. I use it especially when working on the Tibs solely. Very simple to use and overall great product. I noticed when working on my Tibs that a lot of knee pain went away and shin splints are near to no existent.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

I purchased this almost a year plus ago when I began training for endurance running. It was a complete game change in strengthening and injury prevention.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

Have had this for about a year now. Absolute game changer! I use this twice per week (2 sets twice/week) and I haven’t had shin splints since! Great purchase! Highly recommend!

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

Since training with the tib bar, I have eliminated shin splints for good! To those struggling with shin splints or who just want to take their athletic performance to the next level, I cannot recommend this enough!

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

I broke my ankle in January of 2022 and tore my atfl ligament, after recovering I ordered this and have been regularly using it since. Not only do I have jacked tibialis anteriors now but my ankles feel the strongest they’ve ever felt!!!

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

I wanted one of these when I saw them a while back, maybe a year or so ago and just completely forgot about it. When I saw this on here, I was super excited and clicked as fast as I could!! Surprisingly enough, this is the real deal!! As far as I remember this is the real Tib-Bar that I had seen the ads for previously!! As a bigger guy, I get shin-splints when I do any amount of jogging/running and I have done some research into the subject and found that this could help alleviate my issues, as I can't massage the areas that cause the pain as many suggest. This thing has really helped!! I can jog almost half a mile and have almost no pain!! The clamp is included with the Tib-bar and the clamp does pretty well!! I used it daily for 3 or 4 weeks with a 25lb plate on it and did see some slippage of the clamp in that time, but only maybe 1/8-1/4 of an inch while never reapplying the clamp. NOTE!! When I got the item in, the clamp included would NOT clamp without some serious effort, and I was afraid to get the clamp stuck and not be able to get it back off, but once I clamped it on, I left it that way for a day or 2 and then the clamp was able come right open with not much effort and closed fairly easy afterwards. As I said, it still clamps well and holds weight great!!

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

I was recommended this tib bar by a friend and super impressed with the fit and finish. The foam is comfortable and the clamp is really nice

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

Love it! After having knee surgery on both knees this has been useful in my recovery and journey to get my knees strong and supported.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

I have been using it for a few months and I am honestly very pleased. I like it a lot. It targets areas that are not easy to access otherwise. The built quality is irreproachable. I do have to wear my shoes to have a good grip which is unfortunate but not a big deal. Contrary to dumbbells or barbells, it’s a piece of equipment that does one thing and one thing only, which is unfortunate. I would like to try the solo tib bar next to see if there’s more accessible range of motion than the normal tib bar, especially internal and external rotation. I do have to mention that shipping fees get expensive since it’s a heavy object.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

Great training tool to hit the lower legs.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

Quality product This tib bar feels very well made. Seems to be a quality piece of exercise equipment. I've been following the knees over toes guy on social media, and that finally convinced me to give this a shot. My first impression is that this will help me strengthen a muscle that doesn't get much dedicated exercise! I had no issues with the clamp. It takes an appropriate amount of force to close, but it held a 25 lb weight with absolutely no slipping.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

Comfortable and Easy to Use I've followed the tib bar guy for quite a while so I was excited to use this product. I suffered a serious injury last year that left me unable to walk for about three months. This has helped me improve my strength and flexibility since my injury. I use this multiple times a week and feel that my knee pain has gotten significantly better. The tib bar is a little awkward at first and it takes some adjusting to find the best way to position your legs and feet. I'm impressed with how working the tibialis has improved my movement all around and helped ease my discomfort. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has knee/lower leg pain, to help strengthen those seldom trained areas.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

Awesome Awesome addition to the garage gym. I’ve been meaning to get one of these for a while, since I was just wrapping plates around my foot with bands. This obviously works much better. The construction is solid and works perfect with Olympic sized weight holes. The collar works great, it’s just a little bit hard to close all the way, but it’s not too small. Just a bit of a grip strength superset haha. A previous review sites that, but maybe they got a bad one

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

Every bit as good as the original! If you remember scenes from Venice Beach in the 80s and 90s and the Health for Life Maximum Calves routines, this is right up your alley. This bar is bomb proof. It seems to be every bit as good as the original design from 1985. One piece construction, collar doesn't slip, enough room for your toes even with thicker shoes on. Welds are solid! The collar is really tight. The first few times may need a little extra force to close it. That's actually a good thing since the plates can't slip like cheaper models. The foam pad is solid, but comfortable. It won't wear out quickly like the sponge foam does. Excellent construction! I highly recommend it.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

Most comfortable one I've used but not perfect. I'll start by saying this is the most comfortable tib bar I've used. The top and bottom bars are closer to each other on a horizontal plane as seen in my comparison photo (Tib Bar Guy one is on the bottom) than other ones I've tried. I go barefoot/minimalist and these feel the most secure on my feet. Also the included clamp is a little difficult to latch but I would rather have it tight than too loose like my other one. Now for the bad as compared to my other ones. These have spot welds. I don't know if that will be an issue but for the price ($79.97 at the time of this review) it's surprising. The other issue is that the weight holder seems to be thicker than normal. My other tib bar accepted all the Olympic weight at my gym. The Tib Bar Guy one worked with about half, while the other half only slid on only 1/8". They are slightly too big, perhaps from the powder coating. The ones that didn't work were: Rogue and Power Systems. The ones that did work were: One Fit Wonder, Iron Grip, and a different Power Systems one. The ones that didn't fit peeled away the paint pretty easy and pulled off the end cap a little when I pulled them off the 1/8" they went on. I don't know a lot about weights so maybe there are different Olympic weight hole size standards? Even with the negatives this will be my go to Tib bar because of their comfort. Luckily I have enough weights to choose from to make it work. If they made the weight holder slightly smaller in diameter I would have given it 4 stars. And if they dropped the price $10 as well, I'd give it 5.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

The best way to work you tibialis anterior muscles I started exercising my tibialis anterior muscles, along with other "knees over toes" exercises, 6 months ago. I'm seeing definite functional benefits, enough so that tibialis raises will be a regular part of my exercise routing for the rest of my life. I figured I should upgrade to real tibialis exercise equipment. How did I exercise my tibs without a tib bar? Read the last paragraph to find out. This tib bar is very sturdy. It looks like something you would find in a commercial gym. This tib bar is easier to fit your feet into and more comfortable than my old tibialis exercises. The loading through the full range of motion is a lot better too. The clamp that comes with this is impressive. For those not familiar with tib bars, be aware, this is an excellent product for working the tibialis anterior muscles, but not much else. If you want something to work your quads, glutes, hamstrings or calves, this is not for you. This is for serious tibialis work only. Now, how did I work my tibialis muscles before I got a tib bar? I put a weight in a canvas bag with small handles. With my feet hanging of the edge of a bench, I put the handles over toes and tib curled the bag/weight. If you happen to have a kettlebell, you can skip the bag and just stick your toes through the kettlebell handle. It's not as good as a tib bar but still pretty effect. It is also a good way to try out tibialis work and see if it is for you before you invest a decent chunk of money on a tib bar.

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

The Best Tib Bar I've Used! This Tib Bar is well made and reliable for training. The material is welded together nicely, and the appearance is clean. In terms of actual training, it’s held up very well to the weights I’ve put on it for training my tibs!

Customer photo review of The Tib Bar Pro

Great little tool, glad I found it! Man am I glad I found this! I will likely repeat much of what has already been said, but I'll share my experience just the same. I received this quickly and in excellent shape. No dents, dings, or scratches in the powder coat, and the foam is intact (no rips or tears). This little tool feels quite solid, as in you'd have to purposefully go out of your way to break it. It is spot welded, but the joins feel plenty strong to me. There is, I believe, such a thing as over-engineering, and that just ends up costing the manufacturer and the consumer more. As others have mentioned, it comes with a really nice lock-collar, but I couldn't get it to close. One of my older collars works with some effort (poorly shot video attached), but a spring clamp works a treat. Anecdotal, of course (I mean, this is a user review...), I love this thing. I was doing four sets of 35 rep standing tibialis raises three days a week, and slowly dying of boredom whilst doing so. With this tib bar I can throw 35 lbs. on it and only have to do 10 -15 reps. Very nice. The price may seem high, but this is a niche tool from a small company. I feel it is worth the asking price, but of course, YMMV.
