This attachment is much better than any old-school home gym leg machines. It functions smoothly whether plate loaded or attached to a cable. The resistance profile is better than anticipated with plates; it's nearly indistinguishable from the cable version. The cable operates perfectly, giving smooth, even resistance throughout the movement. Outstanding.

Very compact way to get a solid leg extension and leg curl solution set up in your home gym. Not quite as good as a commercial machine, but pretty close - and much better than DIY setups with cables or bands.
Worth noting one of the screws I initially received was too short, causing the attachment to be usable but a bit shaky. I sent a message and was sent a longer screw at no cost - feels solid now.

Love this bench and leg attachments as an addition for my home gym. Everything is very solid. My son is 6’7” and everything easily adjusted for his height. This is all really for me as I was looking for a way to get in a heavier leg work out at home without having to purchase multiple pieces of large equipment. Also tight on space currently until my son returns to school in a few weeks, and really appreciate how mobile it is and easy to store in a smaller multi-use room.

Great attachment! More compact and easier to move and attach than what I was expecting. The lever is nice and smooth through a full range of motion. The pads are bigger than what im use to which gives you constant tension, even at the bottom of the exercise!

Quality is phenomenal, waiting on the cable attachment since I’ll be relying on cable driven work, but testing this out initially it is great! Make sure to have floor space to store this, but if you do this is a serious consideration for leg day.

This is a great add on! It is very stable and high quality. The motion is smooth and it stretches really well. The handles are in a good position and help a lot. I also really like the handles for the bottom of the seat for leg curls. I highly recommend getting this!
The bench itself is solid, though nothing to write home about. The attachments, however, are an absolute game-changer. As you can see in the photos, I was able to pair the leg extension/curl attachment with my Tonal setup. The resistance feels identical to the commercial leg curl machines at my old gym. Everything is steady and smooth, not the tiniest amount of friction. Built like a tank, I am sure this attachment + the bench will last me my entire life.

Excellent leg trainer. Love that you can use it both ways in the decline position to increase the tension. Much better device than my only other experience which was the SCS leg trainer. The weight distribution is excellent. I bought the cable adapter as I was expecting it to have a 'bottoming out' moment the way my previous leg trainer had, where the weight at peak contraction during leg curls would go in the opposite direction, but this device doesn't have that problem at all in my experience and keeps a constant tension during both movements.. The only minor cons is that it might be a bit awkward for some people to slot it into the bench itself but the wheel
