I received mine today, the website photos don’t do it justice. It’s really well made the steel is heavy duty. The pads are thick and not to soft. I did have a few concerns the center pivot pin hole did not align correctly and I had to push the pin through while scrapping. Another thing too while I was testing the bench by doing a Nordic the wood on the bottom pad sounded like it cracked or broke while I was getting off so I am a little weary about it breaking and the last thing is that the back rest is a bit wobbly.i still gave it 5 stars tho it pretty much come assembled you can take it out of the box and put the center pin in and use for benching purposes the Nordic part is the only thing you have to screw on.
Just received my Nordic Bench and personally, I love it! The bench allows for progressions on the Nordic curl movement. I'm confident that consistency, patience, and this Nordic Bench from The TibBar Guy that I'll progress to doing a full Nordic. I appreciate the bold ingenuity in making this bench.

I’ve been trying Nordic curls on my own for a few months it’s been a clunky experience and my progress hasn’t been that great. The Nordic bench makes it so much easier for me to train the Nordic curl and now I can get measurable progress which the bench adjustment. It’s a game changer!

This bench is the bench you have been looking for all your life! Finally we have a bench that is multifunctional with a better attachment than a preacher curl or a leg extension. The base is wide to get comfortable on the Nordic curl and the bench is narrow to allow for full range of motion on you funnel incline chest press. My bench was slightly damaged, possibly from the handlers but still work great. I highly recommend this bench and if you’re tired of finding ways to do a Nordic curl then this is your solution!
Really enjoying this bench! I originally purchased it specifically because it had the ability to do Nordics, and it works great for that! Two small critiques: 1. Bench is a little wobbly. 2. I can’t rest my feet flat on ground when using for bench press. I’m only 5’6” so shouldn’t be an issue for taller people.
I'm a woman that just started building things and I'm pretty decent at it. So my first impression with this is that I wished either the parts were labelled or the instructions were more clear. Like saying "Secure Part A using Part1 and Use Part 6 with Part 1," had to be read a few times to make sure I'm doing things correctly. Also, my bench is a little wobbly. The base should feel as stable as I would like it to be. However, despite those two things I really do like this and how I am able to progress the nordic curl to a comfortable angle. The quality of the bench is extremely good. I am impressed with this business. This was a good birthday gift to myself!
Got pretty frustrated setting it up and it took a while for me but overall I think there is no other substitute for training nordics so I would recommend. I could’ve easily bought a normal bench for 50 but if my Nordic progression really improves this will be a massive 300 dollar win.
I had a hamstring injury and this has helped so much I am still working on it but so far so good!! Can’t wait to see how it feels in a few months with climbing and trail running speed!

The bench arrived packed super well, and was a relatively easy install. The wrenches provided could have been better. Overall, a great multi purpose bench that is easy to move around, fold, and adapt to your specific exercise.

Functionality is amazing, but overall i was underwhelmed by the build quality. Also a very large gap between the seat and back pad. I purchased for an awesome price and got access to nordic curls, which is awesome, but with the limited space i have i cannot fit another adjustable bench. Just wish it was built a little stronger and with less of a gap. I probably should have waited a little longer and grabbed the new bench ecosystem.

I love the flexibility of the bench! I’ve been needing to add a bench to my home gym that has the flexibility to be used for both upper and lower body workouts. Arrived quickly, assembly was easy, and it feels sturdy. I appreciate the tight tolerances on the Nordic curl attachment which helps the whole thing feel secure. Padding feels good and the bench is easy to move around. The only additional feature I wish it had is maybe folding completely in half for storage - I have very little space so it would be nice to tuck away when not in use. Because of the A frame portion where the Nordic curl attachment fits, the bench doesn't fold completely, just partially, unless you remove the A frame, which requires removing the bolts. I'm still very happy with it overall though.

Love this bench! I almost did not purchase it due to a few reviews until I realized that it was the V1 that was being reviewed. Most of the issues they noted seem to be resolved with the V2. Higher-quality material. More sturdy (granted, not as solid as a one-trick-pony bench). The seat adjustment doesn't seem to rub against the Nordic attachment as much (still does a little). And they even now attach the end caps on the Nordic attachment with screws (before they would just pop off). Would buy again...but I plan on having mine forever!

Great padding. Very sold home bench. I bought it to replace my standard bench so that I could work on Nordic Curls. Does this job perfectly. It is a little wobbly from side to side, but that is the only complaint. Highly recommend.
