Vegetarian Rice Tacos Recipe

1 cup cooked rice
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 small onions, minced
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can chopped green chilies
1 package taco seasoning
12 corn tortillas

Sauté onions and garlic in a nonstick skillet. Add tomatoes and chilies and cook for 1 minute. Add 1/4 cup water and taco seasonings and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in rice and serve with tortillas.
