There are many different variations for a vegetarian diet, some of the more common types of vegetarianism include:
Vegan- one who eats only plant-based foods. Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian- one who eats plant-based foods, dairy products and eggs. Lacto-Vegetarian- one who eats plant-based foods and dairy products but not eggs. Ovo-Vegetarian- one who eats plant-based foods and eggs but not dairy products.
