Tarragon Glazed Beets Recipe
1 bunch beets
2 teaspoons dried crushed tarragon
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, cut into small chunks
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
¼ teaspoon sugar
Peel beets and cut in half lengthwise. Slice beets into ¼ inch slices and steam until tender, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from steamer and add remaining ingredients. Toss ingredients until butter has melted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
