Sweet and Sour Vegetables Recipe

1/2 cup water
1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts and red peppers
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinse and drain
1/3 cup sweet and sour sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Heat water to boiling in large nonstick skillet. Cook vegetables in water 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans and sweet and sour sauce and heat through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve warm or cold.
