Roasted Carrots Recipe
4 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/3 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 (16 ounce) packages baby carrots
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray rectangular baking pan (13x9x2 inches) with nonstick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except carrots in a large bowl. Toss with carrots and bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
