Potato Wedges Recipe
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 medium baking potatoes, cut into wedges
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix the salt, sugar, paprika, mustard and garlic powder in a small bowl. Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place potatoes in baking dish and spray with nonstick cooking spray to coat evenly. Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over potatoes. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.
