Honey-Mustard Baked Beans Recipe

1 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 (16 ounce) cans beans rinsed and drained
1 (15 ounce) can no salt added tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups lean ham, diced
6 tablespoons honey
3 1/2 tablespoons prepared mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Add oil to a large nonstick skillet and heat over medium heat until hot. Add onions and saute until tender. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spoon into a 1.5 quart baking dish and bake covered for 45 minutes (uncover for remaining 15 minutes for drier beans).
