Honey Glazed Beets Recipe
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon reduced fat margarine
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 (16 ounce) can sliced beets, drained
Salt to taste
Melt margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened. Add honey, vinegar salt and cloves and bring to boil. Add beets and cook until heated through.
