Dilled Carrots and Snow Peas Recipe
1 1/2 cups snow peas
1 1/2 cups baby carrots
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped
1/8 teaspoon salt
Add 1-inch water to small saucepan, cover and heat to boiling. Add carrots and cook 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add pea pods and return to boil. Boil 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, drain water and return to saucepan. Stir in margarine, dill and salt and mix well.
