Lemon-Herb Orzo Recipe
4 1/2 cups hot cooked orzo (about 2-1/2 cups uncooked)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine hot orzo, herbs and lemon juice in a large bowl and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
