Broccoli Cheese Casserole Recipe

1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli florets
1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
1/4 cup fat-free, cholesterol-free egg substitute
1/3 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray. Cook broccoli according to directions. Mix broccoli, corn, egg substitute, onion, cheese, salt and pepper and then put into the casserole dish. Cover and bake for 45 minutes or until heated through.
