Roast Beef Pitas with Creamy Dressing Recipe
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon mustard
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
2 pita breads, cut in half
1/3 pound thinly sliced roast beef
1-cup alfalfa or radish sprouts
Mix yogurt, dill, mustard and bell pepper. Fill each pita half with 1/4 of the beef, 1/4 of the sprouts and top with yogurt dressing.
