Shrimp and Mushroom Pasta Recipe

16 ounces of cooked linguini
8 ounces sliced white or mixed mushrooms
2-3 ounces of chopped spinach, (frozen & thawed)
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup half & half (milk & cream)
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 ounces cooked shrimp or frozen shrimp, thawed
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Saute the sliced mushrooms in olive oil until lightly brown, approximately 3 minutes. Add the thawed spinach and green onions and cook for 3 minutes or until hot. In a small saucepan, combine the white wine, half- &-half, salt and black pepper. Add the sauteed mushrooms, cooked spinach and green onions and heat through. Place the cooked linguini on a serving dish and top with the sauce. Top with the cooked shrimp and serve.
