Ricotta Pasta Recipe
2 1/2 cups pasta
8 ounces non/lowfat Ricotta cheese
1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
3 teaspoons non/lowfat cream
Cook pasta according to directions. Combine Ricotta cheese, nutmeg and lowfat cream and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss pasta with sauce and serve.
