Lemon Herb Pasta Recipe

A great side dish or add chicken and vegetables and make it a meal!

4 cups cooked pasta (2 1/4 cups uncooked)
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons black olives, chopped
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Toss pasta and remaining ingredients except cheese. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
