Steamed Swordfish Recipe

4 (4 ounce) swordfish steaks
Juice of 2 lemons
4 tablespoons dry white wine
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash of black pepper

Rinse swordfish and pat dry with paper towels. Heat water to boiling in a saucepan with a steamer basket or inserted steamer. Place swordfish in steamer and top with lemon juice, white wine, garlic powder and pepper. Steam until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 8-10 minutes.
