Salmon with Orange-Dill Yogurt Sauce Recipe

4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water

Orange-Dill Yogurt Sauce
1 cup nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
2-3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill, or 2 teaspoons dry dill

Combine all sauce ingredients together, mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Combine white wine, orange juice and 1/2 cup water and mix well. Place salmon and marinade mixture into a large re-sealable plastic bag and marinate for 30 minutes in refrigerator. Remove salmon from marinade. Discard marinade. Cook salmon fillets on grill or broil for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side.
