Lemon Garlic Salmon Recipe

1 tablespoon reduced calorie margarine
4 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoon lemon pepper
4 (4 ounce) salmon filets
Lemon wedges

Melt margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic and saute for 1 minute. Sprinkle salmon filets on both sides with lemon pepper. Place salmon in skillet and cook on both sides until fish flakes easily with fork and is white throughout. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.
