Grilled Albacore Tuna Recipe

4 (4-ounce) albacore tuna steaks, without skins
1/3 cup reduced sodium teriyaki sauce
1 cup water
3 cloves crushed garlic

Combine all ingredients except tuna into a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake to mix and pour into a casserole dish. Dip steaks in marinade (both sides) and place on barbecue or broiler. Cook 5 to 6 minutes on each side, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Marinade can be added during grilling, discard marinade after cooking.
