Flounder with Teriyaki Sauce Recipe

6 flounder filets (1 1/2 pounds)
1 medium green onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/3 cup dry sherry
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons gingerroot, finely chopped
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons honey
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Spray a rectangular baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place fish in baking dish. Mix teriyaki ingredients and spoon over fish filets. Fold thin ends of fish filets under so that thickness is similar, cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Heat oven to 375 degrees and bake covered about 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
