Baked Fish with Crabmeat Topping Recipe
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon reduced calorie margarine, melted
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
6 (4-ounce) filets
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped
6 ounces fresh crabmeat, drained
Combine first 3 ingredients in small bowl and brush onto fish fillets. Combine garlic powder, Creole seasoning and ground red pepper and sprinkle evenly on both sides of fish. Place fillets in a baking dish and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Coat a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium heat until hot. Add onion, green onion, green and red bell pepper and saute for 5 minutes or until tender. Add crabmeat and cook until heated through. Spoon crabmeat over baked fillets and bake an additional 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
