Crab Cakes with Creamy Sauce Recipe

1 pound fresh crabmeat, drained and flaked
3/4 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup egg substitute
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Creamy Seafood Sauce:
1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1/4 cup catsup
1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Combine all seafood sauce ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.

Combine first 11 ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Shape mixture into 6 patties; cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Spray with nonstick cooking spray and add patties. Cook 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve with seafood sauce.
