Breaded Scallops Recipe

1 pound fresh scallops, rinsed and trimmed
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

Coat scallops in buttermilk then roll in breadcrumbs to coat all sides. Place scallops in a single layer on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and firm when pressed.
