Pork Chops with Balsamic Vineagar Recipe

2 (1 1/2 inch thick) boneless center pork loin chops
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons chicken broth
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Pat chops to dry. Coat with lemon pepper. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chops and brown for 8 minutes; turn and cook another 7 minutes. Remove chops from pan and keep warm. Add broth and vinegar to skillet and cook, stirring constantly until thickened (about 1-2 minutes). Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
