Peppered Pork Chops Recipe

4 boneless pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Coat chops with pepper and thyme. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet until hot. Add chops and brown for 2-3 minutes per side or until done. Remove chops from pan and keep warm. Deglaze skillet by adding Worcestershire sauce to hot skillet and stirring constantly to remove pan juices. Pour juices over pork chops and serve.
