Oven-fried Pork Chops Recipe
4 (6 ounce) lean center-cut loin pork chops
1 egg white, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons unsweetned pineapple juice
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup fine, dry breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Trim fat from pork chops. Combine egg white and next 4 ingredients and stir well. Combine breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning and paprika and set aside. Dip pork chops in egg white mixture, and then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place pork chops on a rack in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees, turn and then continue to bake another 25 minutes.
