Lemon Tarragon Pork Chops Recipe

8 boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick
2/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons dried tarragon
Dash paprika and ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients except pork chops, paprika and pepper in a small bowl and whisk together. Place pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over chops. Marinade in refrigerator for 6-24 hours. Remove chops and discard any remaining marinade. Place chops 4-5 inches from heat on a broiler rack or grill. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper and broil for 5-6 minutes per side or until no longer pink in center and browned.
