Garlic Pork Tenderloin Recipe

3/4 pound lean pork tenderloin
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 cloves garlic, crushed

Cut pork crosswise into 8 pieces. Flatten each piece to 1/4-inch thickness between waxed paper. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook pork in oil for about 3 minutes, turning once to brown. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
