Citrus Tarragon Chicken Recipe
6 pieces chicken breast, skinless and boneless 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup orange juice 1 tablespoon garlic, crushed 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon ginger, ground 1 teaspoon dried tarragon, crushed Combine all ingredients, pour over chicken and marinade in refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove chicken and discard remaining marinade. Grill or broil chicken until no longer pink in center.
