Meat Loaf Recipe

1 pound ground sirloin steak*
1 pound ground chicken
3 tablespoons egg substitute
1/2 cup oatmeal, uncooked
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
1/4 cup catsup
*Lean ground sirloin is lower in fat than regular ground beef.

Combine all ingedients and mix well. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray and put mixture into pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
