Beef Roast with Mango Marinade Recipe

2 pound lean beef roast

Mango Sauce:
4 mango flavored herbal tea bags
1 cup corn syrup
Place tea bags in a coffee cup and add 1/2 cup boiling water. Allow tea to steep for 4 minutes. Remove tea bags and pour concentrated tea into a small saucepan. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and simmer for 1 minute. Increase heat and bring to boil. Remove from heat and let cool. Baste meat with mango sauce during cooking.
