Cajun Pork Chops Recipe

4 boneless pork loin chops, 1/2 inch thickness
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon fresh sage
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Trim excess fat from pork and pat dry with paper towels. Combine seasonings and coat chops on both sides. Heat a large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray until hot. Add chops and blacken on both sides about 6-8 minutes or until pork is done.
