Vegetables with Spicy Peanut Sauce Recipe

1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
4 cups broccoli florets
4 cups carrots, thinly sliced
4 cups snow peas
6 cups cooked white rice

Combine honey, peanut butter, soy sauce, cilantro and red pepper in a small bowl and set aside. Steam vegetables until crisp-tender and drain well. Toss vegetables with peanut sauce in a large bowl and serve over rice.
