Teriyaki Sauce Recipe
1 1/2 cups light soy sauce
3 tablespoons dry sherry
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 cup light brown sugar
Whisk all ingredients together until sugar dissolves. Can be used as a marinade for chicken, fish or stir-fried vegetables. Store in refrigerator.
