Teriyaki Red Snapper Recipe

1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 pound red snapper (or other lean fish) cut into 1 inch pieces
3 cups sugar snap peas
1 medium red pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

Heat wok or large nonstick skillet until very hot. Add oil and rotate to coat all sides. Add fish and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add peas and bell pepper and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in teriyaki sauce and cook until heated through.
