Korean-Style Beef Recipe

1 pound boneless beef top loin
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
3 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Trim excess fat from beef and cut diagonally into thin slices (about 1/8 inch thick). Mix remaining ingredients in medium glass bowl. Stir in beef and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Drain beef and discard marinade. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add beef and stir-fry 2-3 minutes or until browned. Serve with steamed rice.
