Sugar Cookies Recipe
1 cup sugar
1 cup reduced calorie margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup reduced fat egg substitute
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients except flour with a wooden spoon until smooth. Stir in flour. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on a baking sheet. Gently flatten balls with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges just begin to brown. Cool cookies for 1 minute on baking sheet and then cool on a wire rack.
