Herb Popovers Recipe
2 eggs
4 egg whites
2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Spray muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend about 15 seconds or until smooth. Scrape sides if necessary. Fill muffins about half full. Bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue to bake another 15-20 minutes or until browned. Immediately remove from muffin pan and cool on a wire rack.
