Marinated Mushrooms Recipe
60 small fresh mushrooms (about 1 pound)
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
Wash mushrooms and drain on paper towels. Place in a 13x9x2 inch-baking dish. Combine lemon juice and remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Pour over mushrooms and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours. Drain before serving.
