Marinated Artichokes Recipe
2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke pieces, undrained
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
Dash garlic powder
Drain artichokes and reserve liquid. Quarter artichokes and set aside. Combine reserved liquid, lemon juice and next 4 ingredients and mix well. Add artichokes and toss gently. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 8 hours. Drain artichokes and serve.
