Spicy Chicken Tenders Recipe

3 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into thin strips
1/2 cup fat free blue cheese dressing
1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
1 medium red pepper cut into thin strips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine hot sauce, paprika and ground red pepper in a small bowl. Brush on chicken strips. Place chicken in a baking pan coated with cooking spray. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes. Bake uncovered about 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

Combine blue cheese dressing, sour cream and blue cheese in a small serving bowl. Serve chicken and sliced bell peppers with blue cheese mixture.
