Sausage Cheese Squares Recipe

2 cups egg substitute
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups reduced fat mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups nonfat cottage cheese
3/4 pound spicy pork sausage

Brown sausage in a nonstick skillet, drain fat and blot with a paper towel. Beat egg substitute, flour and baking powder in a large bowl. Fold in remaining ingredients and turn into a square baking dish (9x9x2 inches) that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes. Cut into small squares and serve.
