Parmesan Chicken Strips Recipe

8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into thin strips
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup frozen egg substitute, thawed
2/3 cup plain whole wheat breadcrumbs
1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 teaspoons dried basil
3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Combine milk and egg substitute in a small bowl and set aside. Combine breadcrumbs and next 5 ingredients and mix well. Dip chicken strips into milk mixture, then dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken strips on a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned and no longer pink in the center.
