Wasabi-Avocado Sauce Recipe
2 tablespoons Wasabi paste (follow directions to make Wasabi paste)
1 avocado, peeled, seeded and pureed
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Pinch salt, sugar and black pepper
Combine all ingredients, cover and chill. Serve as a dip with boiled shrimp or vegetables or thin sauce with water and serve as a sauce for breaded and baked fish.
