Soy Dipping Sauce Recipe
1/2 cup light soy sauce
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
Whisk all together making sure sugar is dissolved before using. Excellent when used for dipping Potstickers or egg rolls and can be used to stir fry chicken. Can be stored in the refrigerator 1-2 weeks.
